The rapper has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, according to Sky News.
He has pleaded not guilty but has been denied bail twice, despite offering a $50 million bail package.
Combs is facing serious charges, including years of alleged coercion, abuse, and blackmail.
He has also been accused of orchestrating drug-fueled sexual encounters, known as “Freak Offs,” involving both female victims and male sex workers, per FOX News.
The indictment further alleges that after the events, both Combs and his victims received IV fluids to recover from the physical strain and drug use.
Former Playboy playmate Kendra Wilkinson has opened up about her experiences at the parties as she spoke to KIIS FM host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.
Wilkinson claims she attended “one or two” of Combs’ parties, although she remains adamant that she did not witness anything inappropriate.

When asked about attending Combs’ parties, Wilkinson responded: “I remember just going to like one or two, but again, like I had a great time in my youth. Like, I didn’t really see anything. Like I never saw anything really bad happening around me. Sex is sex, in my opinion.”
Pressed further about whether she noticed anything unusual compared to typical Hollywood parties, Wilkinson reflected on her experiences at the Playboy Mansion.
“Look, you’re going to the Playboy Mansion. You know, there’s girls topless in the grotto. Don’t we already know that? […] [The Mansion] was pretty nasty,” she said.
“You know, there was dog poop everywhere and Hef [Hugh Hefner] would wobble by and just pick it up with his bare hands.”

Wilkinson, who moved into the Playboy Mansion at age 18 and dated the much-older Hefner, has previously spoken about how her time in Playboy had a lasting negative impact on her. She has said it “really messed [her] whole life up.”
In discussing Combs’ current legal troubles, Wilkinson remained cautious: “I’m not saying that something bad didn’t happen. I’m saying that, you know, nothing bad ever happened to me.”
If convicted, Combs faces a sentence of 15 years up to life in prison.
His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, declared his client’s innocence, and described the “freak offs” as consensual: “Is it sex trafficking? Not if everybody wants to be there.”
